Fresh and Local

Most of us can tell the difference between grandma's homemade brownies and the pre-packaged brownies at the gas station. While we've all settled for one on a road trip now and then, those store bought brands can never compare to grandma's special recipe. At All Stirred Up! we've taken the homemade approach to many of the snacks and desserts we offer to our customers each day. Our muffins, brownies, cookies, seasonal desserts and even the chicken salad on our deli sandwiches are made locally from fresh ingredients. Our customers taste the difference. Because we are able to special order items as needed, nothing is stored in our freezers for extended periods of time. Buying local products ensures a homemade quality you can't get from mass produced products that have been warehoused and distributed from across the country. And buying local supports business people in our community and helps them grow and provide for their families. While there is nothing wrong with importing products and supplies, at All Stirred Up! our goal is to balance those items and offer our customers a homemade taste with a local flair. We hope to give artisans with a "to die for" recipe the opportunity to sell their goods in our locations and give our customers a unique product that you just won't find at the gas station.

"Periods of tranquility are seldom prolific of creative achievement. Mankind has to be stirred up." -Alfred North Whitehead

This is the quote that inspired the name of our specialty drinks bistro, All Stirred Up! The dictionary defines being "stirred up" as being emotionally aroused or stimulated. I like words like Passion and Empowerment. To me, life's challenges, whether personally or in business, are a sign that achievement is on the horizon. When we stir ourselves up, we tap into our creative nature and accomplish great things. You'd be amazed at the power inside you when you step out of the tranquil and jump into the passionate. We all have something on our hearts that we care about more than most people. That idea or desire we have that we can talk about for hours. That dream that causes us to sacrifice what others would never give up. The soapbox we get on that other people don't always understand. We are all stirred up about something. I'm stirred up about creating a specialty drinks bistro that allows people to express themselves by creating unique beverages and flavor combinations. I'm stirred up about serving people in a way that makes them feel special. I'm stirred up about building a business that creates moments of joy for customers. What are you stirred up about?
